3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, prepare proposals, and communicate with you.
- Provide, personalize, maintain, secure, and improve services and deliverables.
- Process transactions, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and account administration.
- Operate, troubleshoot, measure, and protect the website and related systems.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
4. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that support forms, CRM, communications, hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, payments, design, development, AI-assisted production, security, and professional services.
- Platforms you authorize when integrations, deployments, or account access are part of a project.
- Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or consultants under appropriate obligations.
- Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements.
- A successor organization in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.
We do not currently sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
5. Forms and third-party technology
Our interest forms may be delivered through LeadConnector or related HighLevel infrastructure. Our website and services may also use hosting, communications, AI, development, database, video, automation, and cloud providers. Information submitted to or processed by those services may be governed by their terms and privacy practices.
Project content may be processed through third-party production tools when reasonably necessary to perform requested services. Avoid providing confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.
6. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
The site and its embedded services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for essential operation, security, form functionality, preferences, measurement, and analytics. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete these technologies, but parts of the site may not function correctly.
Because there is not yet a consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. Where legally required and technically supported, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and satisfying tax, accounting, contractual, and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and relationship.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no transmission, platform, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using secure channels, limiting shared credentials, maintaining backups, and promptly notifying us of suspected compromise.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about certain disclosures; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of certain marketing or data uses.
Submit requests through the contact form at workwithcolby.com or text 787-549-3076. We may need to verify your identity and authority. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Transactional and service communications may continue while you have an active relationship with us.
9. Children’s privacy
The website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in Puerto Rico, the United States, and other locations where service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms will be used.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changed practices, technology, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or direct notice when appropriate.
